Tralee Musical Society proudly presents the World Amateur Premiere of Michael Collins the Musical Drama.
Recreating the life story of one of Ireland’s most legendary political figures, the show is set against the backdrop of a nation at war. Beginning with Collins’ involvement in the Easter Rising of 1916, the production questions his controversial involvement with the war of Independence and the signing of the Treaty which subsequently led to the Irish Civil War….and ultimately, Collins death at the age of 31. It is a fascinating story of Love, Honor, Loyalty and Friendship.
