Following on from the search for Cinderella, children’s auditions and recent adult auditions, St. Mary’s Choral Society are delighted to announce the cast for its forthcoming Christmas Pantomime Cinderella which will be take place from 6th to 11th January next in the White Memorial Theatre.
Ciara Laste, who played Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz two years ago will play Cinerella and the other principal roles are as follows:
Emmet Donlan (Prince Charming), Olwyn Grogan (Fairy Godmother), James O’Donovan (Buttons), David Hughes (Baron Bertie, Cinderella’s father), George Barry (Baroness Delilah, the wicked Step-mother), Diarmuid Vaughan and Kevin Fahey (Steak and Kidney, Cinderella’s Step-sisters), Sheena Fennessy (Dandini), Alison Condon (Cinderella’s friend Sally), Timmy O’Dwyer (Major Domo), Becca Laste (Baroness Beauty) and including a special appearance from Noel Cairns as Mrs. Browne.
The cast also features our adult chorus as well as 48 local children selected at the recent auditions.
Cinderella the Pantomime is being directed by Gillian Hewitt-Fitzgerald, Musical Director is Laura Cotter, Assistant to the Director is Margaret O’Sullivan and Dance Captain is Bethan Cairns.
