AIMS Awards Weekend Booking Form
We are DELIGHTED to be making return to the Kingdom after a long absence of 2 years and the Gleneagle Hotel is excited for our return and what promises to be another spectacular weekend.
The cost of the full weekend is €380. A non-refundable deposit of €200 is due when booking opens on Thursday 31st of March 2022 with the balance of €180 due on Monday 16th of May 2022. Please note that bookings are NON-TRANSFERABLE, and any cancelled bookings should be returned to the Awards Administrator to facilitate those on the waiting list. Non-adherence to this by a society or any single member of the society will jeopardise booking for future years.
For those wishing to extend the weekend into a longer break, a special rate of €60 PPS (Thursday) and €60 PPS (Sunday) will be available and must be booked in advance through AIMS. Bookings are dealt with on a strictly first come first served basis. Payment by bank transfer, cheque or bank draft only. Cheques should be made payable to AIMS Ltd. Please contact the Administrator for a Sterling rate at time of booking if you wish to pay in Sterling.
Please note that there are no single rooms available. The AIMS National Awards Festival is a strictly over 18’s event. A limited number of Award Banquet Tickets will be available the week following the announcement of the nominations, at a cost of €77.50 per person.
