After 18 long months of waiting, we're delighted to say that we will be bringing Chess The Musical to the stage! Written in 1984 by ABBA songwriters Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus, and Tim Rice (Jesus Christ Superstar, The Lion King, Evita), Chess tells a story of love and political intrigue, set against the background of the Cold War in the late 1970s/early 1980s, in which superpowers attempt to manipulate an international chess championship for political ends.
"Chess the Musical” will run in the Mill Theatre, Dundrum from 30th November - 4th December, with a matinee performance on Saturday 4th December
