Chorus sign-ups are now officially open for "Ovation!" — AIMS spectacular 60th Birthday Celebration at The Convention Centre in Dublin on Saturday, October 11th.
If you're 18 or over by 30th of August 2025 and part of an AIMS-affiliated society, now's your chance to be part of this incredible milestone!
AIMS wants to fill the stage with voices from every corner of the country, creating a truly unforgettable experience! Don't worry about complex choreography – the chorus will mostly focus on making a big vocal impact, with minimal movement.
To partake you must be able to attend ONE regional rehearsal- whichever is closest to you
and be available for two larger rehearsals.
Tracks will be provided by our MD Shane Farrell ahead of the rehearsal for the Chorus rehearsal.
The 5 dates for the chorus across the regions are as follows:
Saturday 30th of August: Northern Region (Location and Time TBC)
Sunday 31st of August: Eastern Region ( Location and Time TBC)
Wednesday 3rd of September: Western/ Midlands Region (Location and Time TBC)
Sunday 14th of September: South East Region (Location and Time TBC)
Sunday 21st of September: South West Region ( Location and Time TBC)
The two full Chorus/ Cast Rehearsals are as follows:
Sunday 28th of September in Athlone for Full Chorus Rehearsal
Sunday 6th of October in Dublin for Full Cast Rehearsal
