Following their acclaimed performance of the sensational Dublin premiere of 'Jekyll and Hyde - The Musical', The Glasnevin Musical Society brings a lighter touch to the National Concert Hall stage as they present Gilbert and Sullivan's much-loved comic opera, 'The Pirates of Penzance'.
With swashbuckling pirates, model major generals, chaste daughters, serenades and tall tales, this is a story of love and loyalty that’s guaranteed to make you laugh. Enjoy being swept along with classics such as ‘Poor Wandr'ing One', ‘With Cat-like tread’, 'Hail Poetry' and the ever popular ‘When the Foeman bears his steel’.
