- Any chorus from an operetta or musical and one contrasting piece of own choice not necessarily from a show

- Female Choir - Open
- Two contrasting part-songs of own choice
Competition E - Pageworks Waterford Trophy
- Male Voice Choir - Open
- Two contrasting part-songs of own choice
Competition F - European Year of Music Trophy
- Irish Language (Male, Female of Mixed) - Open
- Two contrasting part-songs of own choice
Competition G - Albatros Trophy
- Chamber Choir - Open
- Two contrasting part-songs of own choice - one of which should be of early origin
Competition H - Whitten Haslam Memorial Trophy
- Sacred Music - Open

- Select two contrasting chants from amongst the following chant categories - Hymn, Sequence, Introit, Communion Antiphon, one Mass-part (Kyrie / Gloria / Sanctus / Agnus Dei)
- Time limit 8 minutes

Competition 1: Biddy McGuire Trophy
- Junior Chorus Competition for Primary School age Group (Boys, Girls or Mixed)
- Two contrasting pieces of own choice
Competition 2: Connie Tantrum Trophy
- Senior Chorus Competition for Secondary School age group (Male, Female or Mixed)
- One chorus from a musical or operetta plus one contrasting piece of own choice, not necessarily from a show
Competition 3: Carol Walsh Trophy - THE CAMEO COMPETITION
- A number of own choice from a musical or operetta
- Production will account for 40% of the mark in this competition
- Musical content will account for 60%
- Minimum of 4 singers
- Time limit - maximum 8 minutes
